I’m done with walking away I’m tired of doing things the same way This time I’ll take the blow and stay here I’m done with walking away (I’m done with it) I’m tired of doing things the same way (I’m done with it) This time I’ll take the blow and stay here I’ve always flown I've always floated I've never tried before Behind the trees a blow Becomes my diamond row I saw the biggest flash in town I heard the moon flying low I bide my time But I’m here to fight I’m done with walking away (I’m done with it) I’m tired of doing things the same way (I’m done with it) I’m done with walking away (I’m done with it) I’m tired of doing things the same way I won’t stray I won’t stray I won’t stray This time I’ll stay here with you

Angels taken too high If you take me Turn on the white light Lesson in love Lesson in love Lesson in love Lesson in love It’s a lesson It’s a lesson in love I’ve got an angel in you And I’ve got a song Turn on the white light Turn on the white light If I were finite I would just take you Take me into the white light Where it’s all finite What lies before me is true work A connection to the infinite To survive in this world To survive in this world

about

Four years after his debut album, Un mapa del alma, for Foehn Records, DJ and producer Ishak Benavides is back with a hand steady from the experience of live gigs, showcases and rehearsals. Without straying too far from the fragile sound of his first album, Pequeño almanaque espacial is one of the most dynamic, lyrical, colourful and imaginative releases on Spain’s well-regarded electronic music scene.
Lucius Works Here has taken on singer Luw, who adds shine to excellent compositions such as “A Diamond Row” and “Caroline Herschel”. Christian A. Korn (Songstore), an experienced sound engineer, has produced the record, bringing out the innumerable details hidden in each track. Pianos, guitars, synthesizers, drum machines, harps and a virtuoso use of the sampler shape and give depth to this effortlessly magnetic work. Matias Bosch

about

Lucius Works Here Barcelona, Spain

In the 90s he toyed with electronic music production but it wasn’t until 2004 that he created his project named Lucius Works Here. In his work, he captures his own field recordings, makes use of samplers as well as monologues taken from films, and mixes them with his own compositions. The style is bright and organic, at times sounding like IDM, or ambient. ... more
